All content — including text, design, photography, the BoardRoom AI name and the NowNext word- and logomark — is owned by us or our licensors. You may link to the site and share pages for non-commercial use with attribution. No other reuse without written permission.

We aim for accuracy but provide no warranty that it is complete or current. Pricing, scope and availability of BoardRoom AI tiers may change — the contract you sign supersedes anything on the marketing site.

Liability
To the extent permitted by law we exclude all implied warranties and limit our liability for site use to £100. Service-level commitments for paying BoardRoom AI clients are governed by your subscription contract, not by these Terms. Nothing excludes liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The English courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
